Mercado Little Spain, a one-of-a-kind food hall nestled in the heart of New York City’s Hudson Yards, offers a unique blend of culinary exploration, vibrant community engagement, and cultural immersion. Created by Think Food Group, this dynamic space was designed to serve as more than just a place to dine—it’s a gathering spot where visitors can connect, experience authentic Spanish flavors, and engage in a sensory journey through food and culture. In order to bring this vision to life, Think Food Group partnered with Trison to enhance the experience by integrating digital solutions that provide both practical information and immersive cultural education.

To help visitors navigate this exciting culinary destination, Trison’s interactive displays are strategically placed throughout the food hall. These digital stations allow guests to browse through the various stalls, view menu highlights, and learn about the ingredients, flavors, and cultural significance of different dishes. It’s an interactive, informative experience that transforms dining into an educational journey.

In addition to providing details on food offerings, the interactive displays also help visitors stay informed about upcoming community events, workshops, and festivals—further enhancing the sense of community within Mercado Little Spain. Whether it's a wine-tasting event, a cooking class, or a cultural celebration, visitors can easily access real-time information, ensuring they don’t miss out on exciting happenings at the market.

Further elevating the atmosphere, Trison has installed a projector at one of the key entrances to Mercado Little Spain, where large-scale, visually striking art from Spain is showcased. These art pieces, carefully curated to reflect the rich cultural heritage of Spain, welcome guests as they enter the market, creating an immediate sense of immersion. The vibrant images not only add to the aesthetic appeal of the space but also reinforce the market’s identity as a lively, cultural hub. This unique integration of art and technology enhances the ambiance, making the arrival experience both visually stunning and emotionally engaging.
By combining digital solutions with immersive cultural elements, Trison’s installations help transform Mercado Little Spain into more than just a food hall—it becomes a vibrant, interactive space where visitors can explore new culinary horizons, learn about Spain’s rich traditions, and engage with the community around them. This fusion of food, culture, technology, and education makes Mercado Little Spain a truly unique and unforgettable destination for both locals and tourists alike.
